We adapt to each customer
We study the specific characteristics of each customer and guarantee our maximum commitment, both in mandatory and voluntary audits, and that with persistence. When assigning a team to a customer, it does not change over time if the customer is satisfied.
We adapt to each client's administrative technology due to our knowledge of most management software, databases and reports, documentation, and so on.
The qualifications and experience of our staff
Our staff is made up of qualified individuals with proven experience. In other companies it is common to assign the client to employees who lack experience and are trainees that vary greatly from year to year.
We assign to each job a partner who is an auditor registered with the ROAC (Official Register of Auditors) and who will always be available directly and immediately through phone and email to resolve any questions regarding the audit engagement.
Our staff receives continuous external training and also attends an annual convention of the firm in which everything that has been learnt externally is shared, conferences on training issues are held, and all those situations lived in a full year are addressed, so all of this can spur to greater knowledge and provide an experience that leads to better service to our customers and, in general, to all who trust in our work.
We work asking for the least documentation
If we can get public records we do, so we do not request copies of articles of incorporation, appointments, and so on. And every year we do not ask for papers already requested in the former, as our file system avoids it.
Our audit procedures try to minimize the tests that involve the request of documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, payroll, personnel, et cetera.
We do not impose our audit dates or a way of working
We adapt ourselves to customer dates for the audit, as long as they are within legal limits. In addition, the work system adapts to the client: If the client wants us in his office for a period of time to perform the audit and devote all that time, we do so; if the client wants to audit by leveraging reduced workload periods, we adapt to it. Other auditing firms establish or agree in a certain schedule, and information that has not been given at that time turn out to be a limitation on the scope of the audit considered in the audit report.
We keep our customers updated in the legal developments that affect them
We send our customers periodic legislative developments as they happen, as well as published legislation that is of interest. This enables the company to comply with the law and is, therefore, an aid to the audit. It is important to keep up to date on legislative developments and not lag behind in the requirements imposed.
We provide a "direct line"
The phone and email from one of the shareholders of the company is available to customers for any questions they might want to pose. If we know the answer, we immediately resolve the doubt; if we do not know the answer, we investigate it, and this is a mutual benefit. In the end, we all win.
